FAQ's Delivery & Returns

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we'll ship anywhere. Due to COVID-19 situation shipment to countries outside Switzerland and UK might be delayed. 

How much do you charge for shipping?
We have FREE shipping for all orders in Switzerland and UK. 

How long does shipping take?

We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We dispatch in 1 working day if your size is available. 

For items shipped from London Studio delivery to Switzerland w/c April 20th, 2020

Switzerland: 1-3 working days
UK: 1-2 working days
Rest of Europe: 2-4 working days
Rest of the World: 5-14 working days

Please note that for shipping outside UK and Switzerland local custom duties may apply. We will offer you store credit for your duties if you send your receipt from customs to hello@appareal.com

How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the tracking information you need. We use DPD as a shipping company to dispatch your order. If you have any questions about your order at any point, just email us on hello@appareal.com and we will respond on the same day.

What is your returns policy?
Our usual returns policy lasts for 14 days but due to exceptional COVID-19 situation we prolong it to 100 days. IMPORTANT: To be eligible for a return or a refund during COVID-19 you must claim your return or request for an exchange within 14 days from receiving your package. Please write us an email to hello@appareal.com 

During this time we can offer you a full refund or exchange. Returned product must be in an unused and saleable condition, and must be in the original packaging. Items bought with www.deindeal.ch or www.my-store.ch vouchers are due to exchange only. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we are not able to satisfy your needs with our current collection we issue a store credit valid for 12 months. 

If you wish to make a return you will have to use the label you receive with your purchase, pack your purchase in the same box we sent you, stick the label and bring it to the closes DPD pick-up point. DPD has a lot of pick-up points, for the full list please visit www.dpd.com

If you are in trouble please contact us and we will send you the instructions how to return your order with DPD.

Once your item is received, we will notify of approval or rejection of your refund and, if applicable, details of the refund. 

For orders made with QOQA voucher refund is possible only for store credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months after we receive your order in our warehouse.
