How much do you charge for shipping?
We have FREE shipping for all orders. Yes, even international #GetAppareal

How long does shipping take?
Switzerland: 1 working day
UK: 1-2 working days
Rest of Europe: 2-4 working days
Rest of the World: 5-14 working days

Please note that for shipping outside UK, EU, Switzerland and Russia local custom duties may apply. We will offer you store credit for your duties if you send your receipt from customs to hello@appareal.com

How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the tracking information you need. If you have any questions about your order at any point, just email us on hello@appareal.com and we will respond on the same day.

What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days, during which time we can offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in an unused and saleable condition, and must be in the original packaging. To make your return, we require proof of purchase. Please forward your sales confirmation email to hello@appareal.com and request a refund or exchange. We will then give you an address and instructions to send the product back to us. Once your item is received, we will notify of approval or rejection of your refund and, if applicable, details of the refund. We will also refund you the cost of the returns postage.
